C’è come un foro.
È il titolo della mostra di pittura di Roberta Guarnera ed anche la presentazione della galleria d’arte FORO G gallery.
Nel 2018 nasceva il blog fotografico FORO imàge .

(che attualmente esiste e vuole rimanere un blog di fotografia) in cui viene tratta la fotografia contemporanea ed il suo essere arte.

La scelta di questo nuovo spazio vuole essere il prolungamento (questa volta fisico) di quell’idea di foro che contiene un duplice significato. Da un lato fa riferimento alla sua forma geometrica, che vuole esortare ad “osservare”, dall’altra (di derivazione latina:piazza) inteso come luogo in cui fare arte.
Nasce oggi FORO G gallery, uno spazio in cui l’arte è accessibile a coloro i quali, attraverso quel foro vogliono ammirarla.La mostra è stata inaugurata assieme alla stessa della galleria FORO G gallery in diretta streaming visto le restrizioni per il contenimento del COVID-19.

FOCAL POINT
With immense pleasure FORO G gallery would like to introduce itself as new art gallery, in Messina (Sicily).
This is also the opening of a painting solo exhibition of Roberta Guarnera.
All these artworks have something in common, the shape of a hole, that’s what they are made of and it’s also linked to the name of the gallery itself.

The gallery’s name is FORO G gallery and “Foro” in Italian means in fact hole.
It would also be a metaphor to invite you all to look through the hole to discover art and enjoy it.

In addition to that,it is a word that originally came from Latin and referred to the square, were people used to gather and talk.

The aim of the gallery is to create a space were artists could compare their work and people can establish a good connection with artworks.
